Privacy policy

RIGGED.IN (“we”, “us”) operates the storefront at rigged.in, selling pre-built and custom PCs and components across India. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. For any privacy question, contact support@rigged.in.

• ▸Identity & contact — your name, email, phone number and shipping/billing address, so we can build, dispatch and support your order.
• ▸Order data — what you bought, your custom build spec, order history and support correspondence.
• ▸Tax/business data — your GSTIN, only if you ask for a B2B invoice (see GST & invoicing).
• ▸Technical data — IP address, device and browser info, and basic analytics about how you use the site.
• ▸Payment metadata — a Razorpay transaction reference and status. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or UPI credentials (see below).

Transactional email — order confirmations, dispatch and tracking notices, invoices and support replies — is sent using Amazon SES (Simple Email Service). Your email address is shared with this provider only to deliver these messages. We send marketing email (drops and restocks) only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

• ▸To process, build, ship, invoice and support your orders.
• ▸To send transactional notifications about your order and account.
• ▸To provide customer support and handle warranty and return claims.
• ▸To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the store secure.
• ▸To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
• ▸With your consent, to send you marketing about new drops and restocks.

We share data only with the partners needed to fulfil your order:

• ▸Razorpay — payment processing.
• ▸Delhivery — shipping and delivery (name, address, phone for the AWB).
• ▸Amazon SES / AWS — email delivery and secure hosting.
• ▸Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and measure basic, aggregated site usage. Strictly-necessary cookies are required for the store to function; analytics and any marketing cookies are used in line with your choices. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features (like the cart) may stop working.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for tax and legal records (commonly several years for invoices). Data is held on access-controlled, encrypted-in-transit infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Subject to applicable Indian data-protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can:

• ▸Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• ▸Request deletion of data we're not legally required to keep.
