01Free, insured, PAN-India
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India — metros, tier-2 cities, and serviceable pin codes alike. There are no weight charges, no fuel surcharges, and no cash-on-delivery fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Every parcel is fully insured in transit for its declared value, so if the unthinkable happens between our bench and your door, you're covered — not out of pocket.
02Build & dispatch lead-times
Because we build to a standard rather than to a deadline, here's the honest timeline:
- In-stock components — dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order clearing payment.
- Pre-built rigs — built, cable-managed and configured, then dispatched after burn-in. Typically 3–5 business days before dispatch.
- Custom builds — assembled to your exact spec. Usually 5–8 business days before dispatch, depending on the parts and queue. We'll confirm your timeline by email.
The 48-hour burn-in
No rig leaves until it has cleared a 48-hour burn-in — sustained stress, thermal and stability testing under load. It adds two days, and it's non-negotiable: we'd rather a weak part fail here than at your desk. That burn-in window is included in the lead-times above.
03Tracking your parcel
We ship with Delhivery. As soon as your order is handed over, you'll receive an AWB (tracking number) by email and SMS.
- You place your order — we send an order confirmation with your order number.
- Your rig is built and runs its 48-hour burn-in (skipped for stock components).
- We dispatch via Delhivery and email/SMS you the AWB.
- Follow it live on Track order — scan by scan, all the way to delivery.
04Transit estimates
Once dispatched, indicative Delhivery transit times are:
- Metros & major cities — 2–4 business days.
- Other serviceable pin codes — 4–7 business days.
- Remote & northeast regions — 6–10 business days.
Estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays, and can extend during peak seasons or due to weather and local restrictions outside our control.
05Delivery, damage & address notes
- Someone should be available to receive and sign for the parcel — these are high-value, insured shipments.
- Inspect the box on delivery. If it arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and report within 48 hours so we can file the insurance claim — see returns.
- Double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout — we can't redirect an in-transit parcel, and re-shipment to a corrected address may add time.
- We currently ship within India only.
