Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RIGGED.IN website at rigged.in and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have your guardian's consent) and agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• ▸We aim to describe every product and spec accurately and honestly. Minor variations (revisions, packaging, bundled accessories) can occur; component photos may be representative.
• ▸All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise (see GST & invoicing).
• ▸Prices and availability can change without notice. In the rare event of an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation and accept payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors, or undeliverable addresses — and will refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets and EMI). We do not store your card or payment credentials — see our privacy policy. Your order is confirmed only on successful payment authorisation.

The following policies form part of these terms:

• ▸Shipping — free, insured PAN-India delivery via Delhivery, with build lead-times including a 48-hour burn-in.
• ▸Warranty — a 3-year limited warranty on rigs we build, on top of manufacturer cover.
• ▸Returns & refunds — 7-day DOA cover, RMA process and Razorpay refund timelines.

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• ▸Interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or other users' accounts.
• ▸Scrape, copy or republish our content, branding or product data without permission.
• ▸Resell products obtained through pricing errors or in breach of these terms.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@rigged.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

The RIGGED.IN name, logo, “Stop playing fair.” tagline, site design, copy and graphics are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by law. Product trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers. You get no rights to our intellectual property except to use the site as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data or profits). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights. We'd always rather sort things out directly first — reach us at support@rigged.in.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
